Overview

At BellaX, we want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Section 1 — Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier delays outside of our control.


Section 3 — Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after your tracking number is issued.

You can track your order anytime using the link provided in your confirmation email.


Section 4 — Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase required

To start a return, contact us at info.bellax@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Section 5 — Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.bellax@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item

We will send a free replacement or full refund — no return required.


Section 6 — Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbours and around your property
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. If still unresolved after 3 business days, contact us at info.bellax@gmail.com

We will investigate and resolve every case.


Section 7 — Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. BellaX has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be.


Section 8 — Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. BellaX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info.bellax@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
